Your data is used exclusively by QAF Legal lawyers and staff to prepare, review, translate, and register your will, and to communicate with you about your matter. Your questionnaire is shared with our case management system to enable lawyer review.

All questionnaire data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Payment card details are never stored on our systems — payments are processed by our payment provider.
4. Confidentiality
Your information is protected by lawyer-client confidentiality. We never sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to complete court registration or as required by law.
